Tanel Kerikmäe, TalTech Legal Lab’s Chief Strategist, was invited as a distinguished keynote speaker in Singapore at the international conference for Senior National Security Officers. His takeaways for the participants included detailed suggestions on interoperability, creating common standards, being careful with AI and empowering co-operation between democracies in the context of using technologies by public services.
The conference titled as New World (Dis)Order: Reframing Resilience amidst Fragmentations and Interdependencies. The event was organised by the Centre of Excellence for National Security, S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies off Nanyang Technological University Singapore, with the support of National Security Coordination Secretariat, Prime Minister’s Office.
